Marketing Supervisor

Dale Carnegie Training, located in over 70 countries worldwide, is looking for a dynamic person to coordinate our efforts with our local offices.  Person will act as liaison with our in-house marketing department and our franchisee network.  Candidate will work with local offices and make sure that they are taking advantage of the various marketing programs and promotions offered by the corporate marketing department.  Candidate will need to have experience with CRM software and be able to coordinate database development with local offices. Candidate will interface with field offices in North America and focus on project coordination and implementation. 

 

Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically and outside the box. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to project management is a must. Candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years previous advertising and/or marketing related experience. Candidate should have experience in print, direct mail and radio. BtoB and franchising experience a plus.

Considered candidates should possess:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong relationship management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be willing to travel.
