The Unique Opportunity:

 

Due to continuing company success and business expansion plans, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced web conference coordinator within our Global Marketing division of Frost & Sullivan. The candidate will specifically support Frost & Sullivan’s web-based research analyst briefings, which offers client’s interactive online presentations providing business focused conclusions from specific Frost & Sullivan research.

 

Reporting to the European Marketing Manager, you will take full responsibility for all aspects of the web conference program, including promotion of web briefings, project management, scheduling, marketing administration, market research and client development. The position will also involve building strong internal working relationships across the business/global marketing team and organizing important e-marketing activity with European clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

To coordinate the successful delivery of all web-based analyst briefings across the European and African region, the right candidate will:

 

·  Schedule, administer and coordinate all web based activities across multiple business units

·  Create e-based campaigns to promote web based programs, e-targeting relevant clients

·  Organize, schedule and confirm client attendance of Frost & Sullivan online briefings/presentations

·  Liaise with internal Communication / Research Analyst / Consultant teams to gather information for briefings

·  Load campaign/briefing information onto multiple platforms/databases

·  Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure correct technical support is provided for briefings

·  Assist Global marketing team in marketing administration, involving use of MS Access and Excel

·  Track effectiveness of campaigns and report emerging patterns and trends to European Marketing Manager

·  Moderating and training of analysts for live analyst briefings

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

 

Essential:

·  Previous experience within a direct and/or e-marketing position

·  Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize conflicting workloads

·  Strong organizational skills

·  Excellent written and oral communication skills

·  The ability to communicate with senior management, internal colleagues and external clients

·  Excellent I.T. knowledge (Excel, Access/Databases and Word)

·  Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider Global team

·  A bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalence

 

Desirable:

·  Knowledge of HTML and Frontpage

·  SQL programming, CRM database and/or segmentation experience
