Purpose of Position:

Hitachi Consulting’s San Francisco Bay Area practice is currently experiencing growth, and we are looking for strong individuals to add to our team. Due to our continued success we are seeking qualified candidates who are interested in playing key roles in leading and participating in consulting engagements in a variety of target areas.

We are seeking individuals with the following skills and experience:

• Four-year college degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Logistics, or Systems Engineering

• Experience implementing ERP solutions, Microsoft Dynamics AX or Axapta

• Change management- internal and external communications/PR, organizational development/design, group facilitation, training assessment/design and delivery.

• Business process analysis and redesign – strong business analysis skills; business process redesign and implementation.

• Finance business process, cost management.

• Strategy – strategic planning; facilitation; enterprise performance management (balanced scorecard), business case development or IT assessment/strategy.

• Industry expertise in High Tech Manufacturing, Software, and Grower's software

• Ability to work overtime, sometimes on short notice

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Position is local but candidate must be open to assignments elsewhere
