Duties will include: Answering incoming calls Sending out FedEx Packages and sorting mail Using power-point to do presentations special administrative projects as assigned receptionist duties/managing the lobby area meeting and greeting customers and guests Requirements for this position include: 2-4 years of relevant experience Must have strong MS Office skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Welcoming, friendly and posses a can-do attitude.
