Primary responsibilities include:Effectively manage all office functions Personnel administration All office services including vendor relations and the office budget as well as facilities management Maintaining office supplies and inventory including evaluating office equipment and maintenance Management of all administrative employee relations including locating, interviewing, screening and hiring new employees Plan and coordinate office open events, recruiting events, and other social functions

Candidates must possess:8-12 years of Office Management experienceBachelors degreeStable job historyExperience working with and for Fortune 500 companies

The ideal candidate must also possess a broad knowledge of Microsoft Office, have strong oral and written skills, maintain a high level of professionalism, excellent judgement, be organized, motivated, and a team player.
