Operations Analyst Needed!

Xtreme Consulting Group, Inc. has an Immediate Need for Operations Analyst!

As an Operations Analyst in IT Labs, you'll be responsible for providing 7x24 infrastructure support for pre-production Labs including troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and upgrading of server hardware, OS and NT Core Services. You will be utilizing your technical expertise and passion for working on alpha/beta technologies and products. Our mission is to provide excellent customer service to client whose corporate infrastructure includes 50,000 people in over 70 countries. You will have "Change" and "Break/Fix" tickets you're responsible for resolving but you'll also be given a chance to grow your skills through projects as your tickets are resolved.


Qualifications:

- BS/BA in Computer Science, math, telecommunications or equivalent education
- A+ and MCSE preferred
- Minimum of 4-5 years equivalent work experience in an enterprise operations environment.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Windows operations systems and application software
- Proven working knowledge of NT Services, WINS, DHCP, IIS, Clustering, NLBS
- Excellent hardware knowledge required, particularly of HP & Dell products
- Experience in a production or pre-production test environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required for interfacing with Lab clients, vendors, mid-level management, team members, and product/infrastructure support engineers
- Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, judgment and decision-making skills required
- Experience with server administration
- Must be able to communicate technical and business problems in a non-technical manner
- Working knowledge of Networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP and SNMP
- 2 years experience with server SAN technology
- Self directive
- Ability to work shift hours


Job locations are in Redmond & Tukwila, WA.
