Please visit our website at www.executiveboard.com for more information.  CEB is an EOE. Oracle Hyperion Planning/Essbase DeveloperWe are looking for an Oracle Hyperion Planning / Essbase developer to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions for our CFO organization.
Responsibilities:

The developer will work independently to enhance the internal Hyperion systems. He will interface with a financial systems analyst and other members of the finance team to understand requirements and implement solutions. The work will involve a mix of Essbase development, Planning web forms and business rules modifications and creation of new financial reports. The developer will be involved in all phases of the software development life cycle - requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, testing and training.  

Required Experience and Skills:

Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience working with Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.  Qualified candidates must have a good understanding of financial concepts and excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with the finance department is a must. Technical Skills: · A minimum of 3 years experience with financial systems. · A minimum of 2 years experience in budgeting, planning and
reporting with Hyperion System 9 Planning · Experience in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Application Link (HAL),
Hyperion Financial Reporting· Good working knowledge of Hyperion functions, MaxL and EssCommand· Strong written and verbal communications skills · Strong process orientation with SDLC; experience with CMMI is a plus 
Additional Desired Skills:

· System administration experience with Hyperion System 9· Experience with relational databases· Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships· Ability to work under minimal supervision· Strong analytical and research skills· Business process management experience
