Organizational Change Management – Senior Consultant

Position Description:
We are looking for an Organizational Change Management resource with 3 - 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: change management, business process redesign and implementation, organization development, training design and development, or communications.
This role requires the ability to play across multi-disciplinary fields including project management, organizational readiness, communications planning and execution, adoption planning, as well as business process redesign and strategy development. Qualities such as being a 'Team Player' and a 'Go-Getter' coupled with a strong capacity to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment are equally desirable.
We are seeking individuals who have completed at least one major large-scale change management initiative (100+ affected people) and who have the following skills and experience:
· Consulting skills: client relationship management, business case development, problem definition.
· Communications: strong presentation, communication (oral and written) and facilitation skills; experience in communications strategy, audience assessment, and communications planning and execution.
· Organization development and readiness: organizational analysis and design, including assessing organizational ability to adapt to change using mechanisms such as interviews, focus groups or surveys; individual / team development; group facilitation; performance management as well as leadership development and coaching.
· Training: needs analysis; adult learning; train‑the‑trainer design and delivery; learning design, development and delivery including ILT and web-enabled strategies and technologies.
· Business process redesign: strong business analysis skills, process redesign and implementation.
· Team leadership: lead small teams of 1 - 3 resources (both consulting and client employees).
· Strategy: strategic planning, strategy facilitation, enterprise performance management (balanced scorecard)
· Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
· Microsoft skills: strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Visio.
· Travel: able and willing to travel up to 80%
