PEO Human Resources Manager
Position Description:

The HR Manager II (PEO) is responsible for HR Services delivery and the account management function for the ADP TotalSource product. Serve as overall account manager of the assigned client base as it relates to the delivery of World Class Service while maintaining profitability. Develop and manage the human resource team in all areas of human resource disciplines and client service skills. Provide leadership on projects in these areas and serve as the local technical expert on complex human resource issues. Function as a consultant and business partner to senior management internally and to major account executive management at the client site. Communicate and modify the strategies and services of the human resource team as business needs change. - Responsible for team development, client retention and client satisfaction: client retention in his/her client base; creating and executing account strategies that will help develop a value-based relationship with clients. - Effectively recruit, manage, develop and retain team of HR Business Partners (HRBP's). - Effectively establish, maintain, build and manage client relationships at all levels to ensure ADP Resource is successfully helping clients achieve their business strategies. - Strategizes with team to facilitate timely delivery of services and projects to each client in all functional areas to include: payroll, 401k, employee relations, training and development, etc. - Responsible for driving results of HRBP's with clients, with the goal of increasing their satisfaction and retention. - Must be client-focused and have excellent account management and organization skills. Strong teamwork orientation, understanding that the client's best interests are served through smooth, seamless service delivery. Strong HR knowledge, with PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 - 10 years HR and staff management experience either in corporate or consulting environments, ideally with experience in an Account Management role. Experience in a client service environment, handling multiple external clients and ability to present ideas and programs to Executives highly desirable. Must have experience with broad range of clients, from small to multiple larger/ complex clients, dealing with a broad range of HR-related areas at senior levels of organizations. Ability to think strategically and to understand a client's underlying business and organizational issues and align ADP TotalSource to support these. Must possess an advanced understanding of the business; quickly learn the organization's strategy and the industry. Must be able to deal with ambiguity and cope with change. Must be able to achieve results through formal channels and informal networks. Effective communication, interpersonal, organization and presentation skills required. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
