SunGard Consulting Services is an operating unit of SunGard Data Systems. Job Description:Similar in scope to the Partner role within the Big 5. Though you will be directly involved in account management, your management team will drive most of the day-to-day project management. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities as well as leveraging a top-notch management and consulting team. You will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics for penetrating new accounts and cross selling to established accounts.Position Requirements:Qualifications:*Ideal candidate will posses a strong and very established track record in selling, shaping and delivering large, complex, long-term engagements (2+ years and $3-$6 million in contract value). Candidates who fit this profile will most likely be found in the large, established consulting companies, such as Accenture, Cap Gemini/Ernst &Young, BearingPoint.*Led Business Process Re-engineering projects and have the ability to communicate this type of engagement articulately to the rest of the Partners as well as to our clients.*Deep knowledge in the areas of operational process redesign and re-engineering, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer relationship management, operational simplification initiatives, change management, organizational redesign and/or benchmarking.*Demonstrate strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams*Financial Services industry expertise*Long life cycle deal development*Excellent communication and facilitation skills*Network of contacts and relationships*Creative, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a team environment*Strong verbal and written communication skills *Some travel requiredSunGard Consulting Services Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Additional Information:Travel Percentage: 25%
