Payroll Clerk

ICF International seeks a Payroll Clerk to assist in our Corporate Accounting Department. This position is located in the headquarters department in Fairfax, VA. The successful individual will perform statistical and clerical duties to prepare payroll.

The selected candidate will perform functions to include, but not limited to: print, sort, and distribute vaiorus payroll and miscellaneous checks;
generate payroll reports and distribute appropriately; coordinate the payroll tax filing; respond to employees payroll inquiries in a timely manner; provide W-2 copies as needed; assist in various payroll projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma is required. Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.

Required skills: 2+ years related experience. Candidate must be organized, work well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a confidential and sensitive environment. Must have strong MS Office Applications (Excel/Word) skills.
