As our Senior Functional Consultant specializing in human capital management (HCM), you will work remotely traveling up to 100% of the time as determined by our clients' needs. In this client-facing role, your core function is to understand the functional requirements of our customers and translate those into into tool sets and processes for technical upgrades and implementations of PeopleSoft version 8.9 or higher. Success in this position comes from your ability to leverage prior PeopleSoft HCM functional consulting experience and work as a contributing member of our team that will perform needs assessments and fit-gap analysis related to a client's functional specifications, develop test plans and write scenarios. When working with one of our project managers, your flexibility to function as part of a team as well as on your own becomes crucial in demonstrating your ability to adapt to a fluid work environment while maintaining a positive attitude when changes occur.
