Seeking a strong leadership candidate to develop and manage environmental planning and permitting projects and client programs in Alaska. Project management responsibilities include direction and oversight of multidiscipline project teams for multiple projects, from proposal stage to final product. Perform lead role in recruiting, directing, and mentoring staff level personnel within a discipline group. Business development responsibilities include the establishing relationships with clients that provide repeat business, regular contact with visits with clients to track future work, assist in the preparation of marketing materials, and make presentations as required. Other related duties may be assigned. Position is open to alternative work arrangement/schedule.QualificationsQualifications include upstream Oil and Gas industry or consulting experience related to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) services on exploration, development, production and pipeline programs. Working level experience preferred in regulatory permitting and compliance such as NEPA, FERC, State of Alaska permitting, Section 404, ESA, etc. and the ability to direct multi-discipline staff level personnel in preparation of work products. Ability to leverage existing client relationships preferred. Excellent technical writing and proposal writing skills, able to use time management tools effectively, and ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and potential clients. B.S. or M.S.. (preferred) in engineering, physical, biological or social sciences with 5-7 related experience and 15+ total years experience required.The benefits of an ENSR career begin with professional satisfaction and strong growth.
