Primary Duties

 

Event Planning and ManagementResponsible for planning, communicating, and conducting Master Trainer Certification Days, Annual VitalSmarts Presenter Breakfast, and Quarterly Presenter MeetingsManage all aspects of employee, non-profit, and other internal trainings as needed; includes publicizing, scheduling, participants, materials, refreshments, communications, costs, etcWith Director of Training, plan and execute annual Master Trainer ConferenceParticipate as member of Training Team in organizing and delivering annual Trainer Conference

Master Trainer Community LiaisonRespond to Master Trainer requests (content, logistics, material needs, policies, etc)Proactively communicate with Master Trainer community regarding changes, policies, events, etc.Track and manage Master Trainer Candidates throughout Certification processSupport Master Trainer re-certification processCreate and maintain Best Practices Knowledge Base

Scheduling and TrackingMonitor presenters’ calendars for utilization, conflicts, etcWork with Sales Team to resolve scheduling issuesUpdate presenters’ calendars with travel and logistical informationOccasionally schedule meetings/conference callsTracking presenter days: design process for gathering data, creating spreadsheets, provide updates to appropriate stakeholdersMonthly and quarterly reports for team member travels days and revenue

Requirements:

1.  Excellent written and oral communication skills.

2.  Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.

3.  Ability to self-start with strong sense of urgency to complete projects and meet deadlines.

4.  Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, navigate corporate culture.

5.  Ability to assess needs of the team and translate into solutions.

6.  Strong team/collaborative skills.

7.  Effective interpersonal skills necessary to interface with multiple teams and clients.

8.  Must be comfortable in fast-paced, matrix managed organization.

9.  College degree and 2 years of experience required.
