The Security and Privacy Division synthesizes its capabilities in security architecture, compliance, and certification and accreditation with best-of-breed tools to provide effective security solutions to customers in the public and private sectors. This division consists of practices in Secure Enterprise Solutions, Governance and Oversight, Security Operations and Validation and Verification.



 

Job Description:

The Principal Configuration Management Specialist for the Security and Privacy Division will be knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of SCM. He/she will provide technical guidance to meet configuration management challenges and also provide technical oversight for configuration management activities. The Principal CM Specialist will ensure that systems and applications are compliant with standards and requirements as well as direct completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. They must also assign duties to CM team members.



 

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology (IT) or related field

· 5 years experience in SCM may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree, for a total of 13 years of SCM experience.

·  8 years of demonstrated experience in Software Configuration Management in business areas such as maintenance, testing and operations activities.

· Expert knowledge in managing change control records to support software development, enhancement and migration activities.

· Must be a US Citizen

· Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
