We are seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to work directly with the Environmental Operations Manager providing administrative and compliance support. This position requires an individual to work in-house with a client in the South-Of-Downtown (SODO) district of Seattle, near Starbucks Center. All necessary office supplies and equipment will be provided on site. It is anticipated the position will be 40 hours per week. Specific tasks include invoicing, filing, budget tracking, monthly discharge monitoring reporting, annual dangerous waste reporting, annual SARA reporting, waste tracking and other compliance support as needed.QualificationsSuitable candidates will have at minimum Associates, Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of administrative assistant or executive assistant experience.
