Project Coordinator - Contracts Administrator and Financial Analyst

  The Project Coordinator for Contracts Administration and Financial Analysis is a client service professional specializing in project and account operations and serving as a focal point for aspects of engagement, program, and account management control.   Responsibilities - Support client engagement team in all aspects of project coordination - Function as a point of contact/liaison between internal, corporate, and government customers - Responsible for weekly and monthly status reports and updates to ensure team is on track with deliverables - Create and maintain contract deliverable items and internal reports required for successful management of project - Serve as liaison between client and Deloitte Security Clearance Team - Handle multiple concurrent assignments and clients Skills Requirements - Expertise in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Access, and Outlook) - Experience summarizing results and producing management reports - Experience in reconciling financials - Knowledge of U.S. Federal Government Security Clearances - Demonstrated analytical ability - Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) - Experience with various time & expense reporting systems and reconciliation Education Requirements - Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area Experience Requirements - Minimum 2 years experience in a financial analysis or contract position within Federal Government or Consulting / Contracting to the Federal Government - Demonstrated experience in a Federal Contracting and Procurement environment - Previous experience reviewing RFQ's, RFP's, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, subcontracts, and other legal documents - Experience supporting and working within a team Preferred Experience - Experience producing and delivering communications to the Executive Level - Demonstrated analytical ability - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments Security Clearance Requirements - TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required Travel Requirements - This position requires daily onsite support of client team in the Ft.
