Project Manager - e-Commerce/RetailYou will oversee all facets of new multichannel project engagements including financial analysis and modeling and the development of deliverables. Responsibilities include timeline and client/partner relationship management along with leading the decision-making process and budgeting and P&L management. You will also be called upon to head up cross-functional teams to manage our top initiatives from concept to implementation, while proactively identifying issues and managing them to resolution. You will ensure product and process development follows clear “go / no-go” decision criteria and establish analysis programs to measure effectiveness of features and functionality.  Proven experience managing full project lifecycle through to implementation is essential, as is the ability to identify analyses required to promote fact-based decision-making and build team consensus on key project decisions. Experience working with distributed teams or partnering with other companies/divisions is also vital. The candidate must possess exceptional communication, strategic, analytical, organizational and presentation skills. Understanding of e-Commerce and its role within a retail organization and comfort with retail and/or e-Commerce systems is crucial. An MBA is preferred, along with a consulting background and experience managing cross-functional projects within a retail organization, as well as exposure to multichannel initiatives, such as In-store Pickup and Integrated Wish Lists.
