For more information, visit www.forrester.com Program Manager, Forrester Consulting Summary: The Program Manager is an advisor and project manager between Forrester's Research teams and its elite clients. The role of the Program Manager is to provide a structured and personalized experience to Forrester’s largest client companies, which apply and leverage Forrester’s advisory Consulting to maximize the value of client relationships. Primary Responsibilities: *Work closely with Forrester Analysts and Project Consultants to drive, develop and deliver short advisory sessions and meetings, create agendas and monitor progress against client and internal commitments. *Proactively and reactively achieve a quarterly goal of advisory development from an assigned and unassigned client account portfolio. *Provide project management support for Consulting projects sold at a senior level to large companies. Develop project plans, set milestones, coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project delivery, document results, and manage project expenses and revenue. *Provide support to Analysts, Consultants, and Business Development Directors in the sale of customized advisory programs. Synthesize Forrester research themes for proposal writing, aid research Analysts and Sales reps in developing research methodology for custom proposals, and edit draft proposals for content, language, and grammar/format. Requirements: *A strong track record of academic achievement; B.A./B.S. degree minimum, with two years of work experience, ideally in a top-tier consulting or market research firm. *Experience in the high-tech industry is highly recommended. *Marketing and project management skills. *Demonstrated strong industry, research, and technology knowledge. *Demonstrated account/relationship management skills. *Superior critical thinking, communication, and writing skills. *Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills. *Strong intellectual curiosity about business and consumers and the impact technology has on them.
