Duties:

 

· solicit new candidate referrals from existing Associates, external recruiting sources and internet searches

· provide work assignments appropriate to motivations and goals of Associates with accurate details of expectations

· conduct weekly quality checks with Associates

· provide honest, responsible, and timely feedback to Associates about their assignments and work opportunities

· deliver realistic appraisal of work performance based on client feedback and provide coaching to Associates if necessary

· Recruit candidates to keep talent pipeline filled using full range of recruiting activities

· Increase associate retention through high level of service and associate retention programs

· work accurately and reliably with a positive attitude

· act as a team player and communicate effectively with internal staff

 

 

Requirements:

 

· Staffing Industry Experience

· Experience in a fast-paced, dead-line driven environment

· Experience in customer service or sales environment

· Excellent communication skills
