The Developer will be responsible for the delivery of CPM solutions for Fortune 1000 clients using business intelligence technologies. Additionally, the Developer will help to define the overall data warehouse architecture and participate in the design and hands-on development of the solution. Duties will include: Collaborating with clients to capture & define business requirements and contribute to defining the data warehouse architecture (data models, data analysis, data access, and data integrity) Providing technical expertise with data modeling, data warehousing, data integration, collection of metadata components and information delivery Collecting data inputs from a variety of sources including legacy operational systems, ERP applications and informal sources Monitoring and taking appropriate steps to maintain data quality and accuracy within data warehouse databases including content, security, and privacy issues Developing and coding ETL processes for data population Engaging in data modeling activities to develop dimensional models Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in IS/CS, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study 3+ years Data Warehouse experience including enterprise architecture design and data modeling experience Hands-on knowledge of relational databases - Oracle and/or SQL Server preferred Experience implementing ETL concepts and third-party tools such as Oracle Data Warehouse Builder, Informatica, or Ascential Knowledge of OLAP tools preferred (Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, Microstrategy, etc.) Ability to analyze data, identify/define business rules, and implement transformation logic necessary for the movement of data Possess understanding of data access requirements including transactional data access, business query and business analytics  Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical users Excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction, and superior organizational skills Must be willing to travel up to 70% (required) Please apply online at our Career Center: http://hostedjobs.openhire.com/epostings/jobs/submit.cfm?fuseaction=dspjob&jobid=258917&company_id=15708&jobboardid=24For more information on Palladium Group career opportunities, visit our website at: www.palladiumes.com We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
