Our Customer Research Business Unit (BU) uses cutting-edge market research techniques to help our clients--who are some of the most important organizations in the world across 35 industry sectors--develop growth strategies based on insights into their customers and value chains. Research Analyst will be expected to participate in many and eventually all of the following duties:

 

Research Development

 Entering all phases into Frost & Sullivan’s Performance Management CenterResearching research topic/industry detailsRequesting costs/staff time from Customer Research OperationsDeveloping research timelinesScheduling internal kick-off meetingsResearching brands for questionnaire developmentDeveloping draft questionnairesEntering dummies and verifying data capture of programmed surveysMonitoring data collection processCollecting contact information for potential award recipientsCreation/submission of press release for research

 

Research Reporting

 Verifying/checking logic in draft questionnairesCreating data tabulation specificationsCreating report shells for full reports from final questionnairesRunning data (frequencies, crosstabs, etc.) in SPSSChecking dataEntering data into full report shellsConducting written analysis for draft full reportsVerifying/checking data in reports

 

Awards Process
