Retained Search Consultant - Engineering & Construction

We are a top twenty executive search firm that focuses exclusively on senior level retained search assignments. As the demand for senior executive talent swells our firm is well positioned to take advantage of this industry expansion. Despite the recent cooling of the economy our firm is growing strong, and in anticipation of strong demand for our services in the near future we are currently looking to add a new consultant who will be focused on retained searches for our engineering and construction clients.



The ideal candidate for the Retained Search Consultant – Engineering & Construction role will meet the following qualifications:

- 5-10 years of recruiting experience for an engineering or construction firm, or 5-10 years of recruiting experience for a firm focused on placing executives in the engineering and construction industries.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.
- Ability to add value in a process-centric environment.
- Ability to lead and deliver within a team environment.
- Ability to generate and create new business opportunities.
