Responsibilities:

 

As a Managing consultant in the area of SAP Human Capital Management you are working on core topics of the HR organization - you will lead in responsible positions international SAP HCM projects and/or you will analyze clients' HR requirements, design efficient HR processes, create corresponding functional blueprints and implement the appropriate underlying SAP HCM functionalities.

 

Additional consulting topics are system architecture, HR analytics and HR business warehouse, ESS/MSS, best-practice consulting of value-adding HCM processes like performance management, talent management, e-recruiting, learning solution or compensation management.

 

As part of a client focused consulting company, you will have direct and immediate client contact either as part of a consulting team or as an acknowledged expert. You are working internationally for multinational companies. You will dedicate part of your time for conceptual improvement of our methods, tools and consulting offerings for implementing SAP HCM. Depending on your level of experience you will also support pre-sales and sales activities.

 

 

Requirements:

 Mastered your university degree or equivalent qualification with great success Over 7 years of experience with HR functions -structures and/or in implementing SAP HCM on an international scale Have implemented 5 or more SAP HCM Full life cycle projects Must have gained practical experience in one/several of the following areas: Process optimization, SAP HCM blueprint definition, system architecture, SAP HCM configuration, deployment, HR data migration, data privacy, global employee management Strong analytical and conceptual skills Committed, creative and are able to work independently as well as in a team Comfortable working in large, multinational environments and you are receptive to client needs Ability to inspire and convince others; you build naturally long term relationships based on trust and expertise Fluent in English have a convincing and efficient communication style
