SAP Time ManagementMinimum two full life-cycle SAP (HR, Payroll & Time Management) global implementation project experience required (R/3 4.7, ECC 5.0 or above). Candidate experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support. Expert knowledge in SAP functional design and configuration with ability to resolve issues across the various SAP HR modules in a hands-on manner is critical. Must have a strong business background in HR and/or Payroll operations and systems.Solid project management skills & experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must. Multiple country and jurisdictional implementation experience helpful.SAP Certification within assigned area is a plus.

 

Minimum three years SAP Time Management hands-on configuration & implementation experience (R/3 4.7, ECC 5.0 or above) within the past 7 years required.

 

Must have strong knowledge of the following:Configuration of quotas: entitlement (earned and accrued), deductions, payouts and quota compensationConfiguration of work schedules, absence/attendance types, wage type generation and substitutionsTime entry and evaluation of both positive and negative time recording, error resolution and reportingTime Manager's Workplace and CATS profilesIntegration points between Time and PayrollInterfaces from external time collection systems like KronosSetting up custom rules for overtime, shift premiums, consecutive day overtime, STD/FMLA, and rounding rulesIntegration with BI for Time reportingSecondary module experience in SAP Payroll preferable.
