We are seeking highly motivated SEC/External Reporting professionals with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and/or private industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience. CPA preferred. Successful candidate will be well versed in SEC reporting requirements and have experience with the preparation of Forms 10Q and 10K, MD&A and footnotes. Associates must demonstrate technical proficiency and experience in their field, possess excellent communication and problem solving skills and possess a desire to deliver exceptional client service.
