The ideal candidate will:-Sales Leadership Experience - Motivation and direction to all branch employees. - Incremental branch revenue growth consistent with targets. - Hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing sales and support staff - Reviewing sales activities for all direct reports. - Actively lead marketing activities as an involved sales manager. - Work with Regional Management to generate an annual budget and business plan, and provide day-to-day supervision and leadership to his/her direct reports. - Supervise the administrative functions of the office.-Will be responsible for managing House Accounts.Manage existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities within existing projects Required experience and abilities·   Experience managing sales people in a Staffing or Solutions xompany· A proven track record within the sales arena· Full sales life cycle experience· Consistent performer · Ability to multi-task · Ability to grasp new ideas and products · Strong communication skills (written and verbal) · Highly effective strategic planning abilities · Strong presentation skills · Consistently demonstrates flexibility · Excellent planning and organization skills · Consistently models a customer-focused approach · Ability to influence and negotiate complex situations · Complex problem solving ability Idea offers a lucrative compensation portfolio and benefits portfolio including four comprehensive medical plans as well and dental and vision insurance for our employees; long and short term disability and life insurance.
