We currently are seeking HR professionals who can provide our clients with innovative solutions for linking people strategies with business strategies. We are looking for: HR Directors, Managers, and Consultants with expertise in: - Employee Relations - Organizational Development -Training and Development -Recruitment/Talent Management - HRIS –Functional/Implementations -Compensation/Benefits Change Management professionals with the following skill sets: - Change Management/Project Management as it relates to large system implementations, business process re-engineering projects, corporate downsizing/reorg efforts or other large-scale change initiatives - Hands on experience with implementing change management strategies (including the development of the strategy as well as implementation of the various tactics: readiness assessments, focus groups, targeted communications, end user training) - Strong project management skills - Multiple ERP implementation experience - Strong verbal and written communications skills Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10-years of related experience in consulting or Big 4 environment strongly preferred.
