The Opportunity  Do you have the natural talent for orchestrating project requirements and expectations? Selection and Talent Based Hiring is a consultative practice area that focuses on growing client business by measuring and managing human performance and employee selection. Selection Research Analysts come to Gallup with a passion for selection and for building stronger workplace environments. They are detailed-oriented professionals who work to integrate Gallup employee research-based projects into client organizations. Responsibilities include: Learning the underlying science of Gallup’s selection research practice Managing day-to-day client interactions and internal processes to ensure perfect completion of client engagements Maximizing Gallup’s impact on improving selection and talent based hiring at client workplaces Bringing together and managing all details of Gallup’s specialized selection consulting projects Providing sophisticated, professional customer service to external clients A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in selection research or a selection role.  Masters degree in human relations, social sciences, or psychology field is preferred.
