Senior Associates work within a team and serve a key role in analyzing client operations and data, developing presentation and report deliverables, and presenting recommendations and facilitating decision-making processes at the client site. Senior Associates work closely with clients to ensure the engagement moves forward efficiently, providing support and addressing questions throughout the engagement. Senior Associates also contribute to product development efforts translating Advisory Board best practices into marketable H*Works initiatives, analyzing and synthesizing data to create implementation/education modules.

 

Candidate selection is based on a range of attributes: creativity and innovative thinking, analytical reasoning, presentation and facilitation skills, project management skills, 1 to 2 years experience in hospital operations and/or health care consulting, willingness to travel.
