PRIMARY DUTIES:

A Senior Consultant supports and executes specific tasks on a variety of projects in the Technology practice area as requested by Directors.  Our practice primarily provides professional consulting services to law firms for coordinating document review and production using Ringtail document review software.Responsible for day to day activities of projects including interaction with other consultants, supervisors and client personnelApply analytical skills and leverage existing methodologies to various client situations and practice disciplines and create novel customized solutions to meet shifting client needsUtilize logical reasoning skills to provide complete client servicesWork to ensure a quality product and delivery of all work within established timeframesIntroduce additional FTI services to clients as needs dictateProvide superior client service in demanding, deadline-driven situationsMaintain professional image within the firm and project same to those outside the firm

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:Excellent communication and client interface skills (verbal and written)Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-task environmentThink clearly under pressureOutstanding client service in demanding, deadline –driven situationsStrong logical reasoning skillsProven ability to conduct training in a professional environment Strong proficiency with Windows and related software, especially Microsoft Excel.  Familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus Experience with document review software and/or relational databases a plusAbility to travel when requested

 

SKILLS PREFERRED:Knowledge of SQL database queries and scripting is a plusKnowledge of Ringtail databases or similar document review management applications such as Concordance, Introspect, SummationKnowledge of SharePoint 2007

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s Degree required, JD or other graduate degree a plus2+ years legal experience in a law firm or document review environment preferredExperience managing document review projects
