About the Opportunity:

Xelerate is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiting Consultant to join our growing firm. Xelerate's Consultants are skilled professionals trained to provide project management for our talent acquisition engagements. Consultants play a critical role in the organization, interfacing directly with clients and providing consultative services.

 

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop and maintain relationships with client contacts, including Human Resources and Hiring Managers Design and implement comprehensive recruiting and sourcing strategiesImplement and drive the use of a broad range of recruiting sourcing tools and services including: creative use of the Internet, networking, cold calling, and researchManage the comprehensive recruitment process to ensure ongoing pipeline of qualified candidatesImplement a vendor management program for third party recruiting firmsActively participate in the recruiting campaign- sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesTrack, analyze, and report on recruiting dataConsult with client in developing and implementing a strategic recruiting campaign

 

Requirements:

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a strategic recruiting campaign. In addition, the candidate will have strong reasoning, communication, and consulting skills. Organizational and time management skills are also essential. 

 

Additional requirements include:Proven ability to gain client's confidence and trust, prioritizing customer serviceExperience with applicant tracking systems and reportingProficiency in ExcelAbility to work independentlyPrevious project management experienceManagement of a recruiting team desired
