This division consists of practices in Secure Enterprise Solutions, Governance and Oversight, Security Operations and Validation and Verification.



 

Job Description:

The Senior CRM Specialist for the Security & Privacy Division shall support on-going CRM activities of the OCIO and develop new processes or methods as approved by the COTR. He/She will serve as a liaison between the OCIO and its customers within the organizations serviced by the OCIO. The candidate e will have direct interaction with customers to provide feedback on provided services, which will be used to determine high levels of satisfaction among the user community. The Sr. CRM Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintain the CRM Database supporting the CIO and review Help Desk/Contact Center trouble tickets to ensure timely processing.



 

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

· 4 years of demonstrated experience in CRM and CRM methodology, applying methodology to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

· 5-7 years of demonstrated experience provided high level support for management, executives

· Excellent oral and written communication is required.

· Must be a US citizen

· Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
