SENIOR SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT CERTIFIED PROJECT MANAGER

The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing Project Management support.  Must be able to project Performance Plan: Develop and maintain the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) (i.e. project schedule) to outline the high level activities and detailed tasks with dependencies that will be executed to meet the project objectives set forth by the Client, facilitate and maintain project meeting schedule, and maintain project web Team Room to include upload and management of documents.  The successful candidate will also be able to document all meeting minutes, create draft correspondence, white papers, presentations, workflow charts, and similar documents as required, and track consolidated views of project issues, action items, and risks in project workbook and/or website.

The candidate will maintain the project contact list, provide at least weekly status reports for management review, and prepare information for and meet with Project Management Team and Sponsors as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Change Management Support.  This would include supporting the communication and tasks required to facilitate change management, developing and maintaining a business process change management plan, and facilitating the execution of the plan to include performing the tasks.  Individual must also provide feedback regarding the effect of the plan and recommend changes, as necessary and follow the technical change management procedures for changes in the system design and functionality.

The position requires a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.  The candidate will be a solid team player with strong abilities to mentor, lead, develop new skills, and be motivated by the opportunity to work on leading edge systems. 

MA/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Science or a related academic field plus 4-6 yrs of Information Technologies project management experience; or BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Science or a related academic field plus 6-8 years of experience in Information Technologies project management. Knowledge of one or more of Electronic Invoicing/E-Commerce, Web Technologies, CMMI, Java/J2EE, and Oracle are a plus.
