Job Description: Strategic Sourcing/Procurement Consultants

 

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a strategic sourcing or procurement consultant from a reputable consulting firm. Experience must include procurement mission, policy and strategy development, procurement organization design & implementation, procurement best practices implementation, spend data extraction and mining, spend analysis, baseline development, business requirement & specification development, rationalization of specification and number of line items across many business units, user participation management, category sourcing strategy development, spend/rate reduction via strategic sourcing process, supply market intelligence, supplier rationalization & management, category management, demand/consumption management, purchase-to-pay process, electronic procurement, purchasing compliance management, savings measurement & tracking, implementation of procurement processes and procedures, etc. Experience in sourcing complex goods, materials, equipments and services is required. Candidate must have the ability to lead cross-functional sourcing teams and work well with senior executives. Change management and implementation experience are required.


Education:
Bachelor's & MBA Degrees

 

Compensation Range - $95,000 to $150,000 per year

Compensation structure is comprised of competitive base salary, performance bonus and wealth sharing. A competitive benefits package is offered.

 

Location:

Not required to relocate. Must be willing to travel to client sites. However, preference will be given to candidates in the general Atlanta areas
