 SOFTWARE ENGINEERS

The qualified candidate will provide support to a government client in software analysis and development to include software requirements analysis, top-down design and structured analysis.

Depending on level, ten to fifteen years experience in software development.  A BA/BS degree may be substituted for four years experience and an MA/MS degree for two years experience.  BA/BS in Electrical Engineer; Computer Science; Information Technology; Computer Engineering or related field required // MA/MS in similar fields preferred.  Professional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, SSCP, GSEC, and GSE preferred.

The qualified candidate must possess the ability to solve difficult technical problems and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

The successful individual should have  Software engineering development, software testing, and software documentation, knowledge of DoD 2167A and/or DoD-STD-1703, software testing, software documentation per DoD-STD-1703, secure coding practices and Software Assurance, coding experience in C#, C, C++, experience with databases, XML structure verification and parsing, and software assessment using statistical modeling of software assurance properties.

Clearance

• Secret clearance or ability to obtain secret clearance required

• TS/SCI with full scope polygraph preferred.
