Sonic Drive-In (Ja-Co Foods, Inc.; a 22 store Sonic Drive-In restaurant franchisee) is looking for experienced general managers and asst. managers who are serious about running a fast food restaurant and prioritize customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal applicant will be responsible for: Hiring and Training of staff Food ordering Staff scheduling Local store marketing Manage profit & loss statements Capable of running an outstanding operation that assures 100% customer satisfaction, of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Superior people skills to manage staff in fast paced business


Requirements/Qualifications:

§  Leadership qualities are a MUST

§2 years of managerial experience for general management position

§  Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation

§  Experience with financial reports and profit-and-loss accountability

§  Superior communication skills

§  Recruitment and training experience

§  Inventory control experience

§  Must have good people skills and the ability to build a team.
