Sourcing Manager: Professional & Management Consulting Services

Responsibilities

 

· Research, analyze, and evaluate decisions regarding Professional and Management Consultant related services; sourcing and transactional processes, policies, strategies, and projects.

 

· Develop and coordinate Professional Services and Management Consulting sourcing activities.

 

· Formulate plans and strategies on relevant sourcing projects. 

 

· Document, report and communicate information related to Professional Services and Management Consulting Related sourcing

 

Requirements

 

· Experience, Knowledge and Formal Training:

o  Bachelors Degree - Master’s Degree and/or CPM preferred.

o  Minimum of five years professional sourcing experience, of which at least three years of experience is in sourcing Labor related services.

o  Extensive knowledge of  sourcing processes, including best practices to support professional services and projects, products and services

o  Experience working with Management Consulting Firms

 

· Excellent Analytical and Technical Skills: Including knowledge of Procurement systems and proficiency in utilizing the MS Office Suite

 

· Communication and Leadership Skills: Effective written and oral communication abilities, ability to work independently and proactively manage projects.
