Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: North Colorado Springs
Term: 6 Month + Contract

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join our clients already growing team in a contract 
capacity. 

The ideal candidate will be a senior level Business Analyst that has a strong background with the 
following:

Business Process Model Notation (BPMN)
- Requirements discovery and documentation using use cases and UML
- Requirements discovery meeting facilitation skills using use cases
- Background in developing solutions that use service-oriented architectures (SOA)

The Business Analyst position is focused on meeting the business corporate systems needs by 
gathering requirements, designing, planning, and implementation of corporate system projects. 
This individual will play a key role in major corporate systems and office solution initiatives. The 
business analyst will be involved in researching and recommending technology. Create, maintain 
and execute written system test plans to ensure stability of system throughout new software 
integration and releases. Identify needs, research, recommend solutions and manage the 
communication and correction of system software defects with appropriate vendor(s) and the 
business stakeholders. 

The Business Analyst must gather requirements at all levels of the business and provide 
management status updates throughout the project life cycle. They have responsible for 
meeting customer expectations with regards to schedules, costs and defined deliverables. The 
job scope also includes process documentation, technology feasibility analysis, communication of 
major milestones, identification of potential project risks, and routine provision of project status.
