Job description:


As a result of our continued growth, Infobahn Softworld Inc. is actively pursuing motivated, high energy individuals to join our team as a Business Development/Sales Manager.

We are seeking experienced a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success in IT consulting services, staffing sales and project (onsite and offshore) sales.

Must have 3 to 5 years experience in a sales role in an IT consulting Company. is responsible for selling and developing staffing opportunities nationwide, offering a full range of Information Technology (IT) staffing solutions. Developing relationships with local clients by prospecting and cold calling to uncover their specific staffing needs is key to success in this role.


Responsibilities:

·  Develop new business through outside sales activities such as prospecting, cold calls and networking.

·  Develop and managing client relationships over the phone and in person.

·  Using a consultative approach, you will meet with clients to evaluate their technical needs, recommend and provide staffing and consulting solutions.

·  Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and senior executives at medium to large size companies with IT staffing needs.

·  Develop and implement effective sales strategies and use a consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections.

·  Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective delivery to support client needs.

·  Maintain account database and follow established processes.


Requirements/Qualifications:

·  Existing relationships with clients.

·  A combination of sales, account management, account development and/or sales IT experience is a must.

·  Should have experience prospecting, cold calling and client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization.

·  Experience in developing lead generation strategies and sales/marketing plans for new accounts.

·  Ability to create and nurture relationships with hiring managers and senior executives.

·  Self disciplined and have a positive attitude.

·  Superior telephone and in person communication skills.

·  Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry and local market knowledge is a definite asset but not required.

·  High level of communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills) as well as excellent selling, negotiating and problem-solving abilities.

·  IT certifications are highly desired such as MCSE, CIS.
