Title: Senior Contracts Manager/Consultant – Agency Site

Salary: $110,000 to $125,000 Max

Must Haves
· Large IT system experience.
· Familiarity with SLA and EVM.
· Understand how to deal with a big integrator.
· DoD experience.
· Need to be able to go in and set up processes, filing systems, etc.
Duties & Requirements
Will lead the team supporting the Government Client (DHS) with the management of Transformation Program contracts. Should have recent Contract Management experience with a federal agency program as well as appropriate degrees (e.g. Procurement, Finance, Law, MBA) and/or certifications. Degree not required if have significant relevant experience. Should have at least 10-12 years of directly related experience. Will report to onsite Senior Program Manager. Currently there are approximately 25 company employees onsite. This position represents the first Contracts Professional onsite.
It is desirable that the Senior Contracts Manager demonstrates specialized knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:
· Experience in complex enterprise agreements (hardware, software, maintenance), procurement and service contracts ranging in size/length, legal contract terms, structures and provisions.
· Experience with and subject matter expertise relevant to IT and program support contracts.
· Experience developing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Experience negotiating/revising contracts, creating/incorporating amendments, accommodating scope changes or changes in organization requirement.
· Experience with the development and maintenance of a contract management repository for tracking contracts, expiration dates and other pertinent information.
· Excellent written and verbal skills; process- and detail-oriented.
