Sr. Project Director

We have immediate opening for a Senior Project Director in our Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Vertical Senior Project Directors ("PDs") are responsible for managing projects for our Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device clients, from initial scoping to final project deliverable. Sr. PDs are responsible for working with clients to plan, manage and execute projects in collaboration with the Vice President and/or Managing Director, and play an important role in business development by identifying new growth opportunities in their accounts.

Responsibilities include the following:

Business development: partnering with Sales Directors to maximize revenue from clients

Project scoping and writing proposals

Building & maintaining client relationships

Supervising and delegating research to analysts on client projects

Top-level analysis of project results, drawing key conclusions and making recommendations to the client

Creative and efficient use of internal and external resources

Evaluating analysts on project performance

Current awareness of healthcare industry developments

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Previous Healthcare consulting background a plus

Strong ability to develop and uncover new business opportunities

Strong presentation skills, including oral and written communication skills

Proven analytic problem-solving capabilities

Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

Solid project management skills a must
