Sr. Recruiter for Staffing & Placement Firm in Troy -- Base Salary plus Bonus

We are located in Troy Michigan.  Harvard Resource Group, a high growth professional temporary, consulting and direct hire staffing firm is seeking a top notch Candidate Recruiter to work for our temporary division.  You will locate top accounting and finance talent for our Detroit Metro area clients. Our customers and clients are the premiere employers in the area and they seek our assistance to identify and screen quality accounting professionals for long and short term contract consulting and temporary assignments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Work directly with senior financial leaders and human resource professionals at corporate companies to secure top talent for their companies.

· Generate and cultivate new business by developing and maintaining an active network of senior accounting and financial candidates. 

· Identify and recruit Accounting professionals for our clients for temporary work assignments.

· Identify, recruit, screen and interview, test, reference check candidates for existing and future accounting/finance temporary job opportunities.

· Work directly with clients to coordinate placement of recruited candidates.

· Achieve recruiting commitments to the client company.

· Execute marketing and recruiting plans.

· Operate in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.

· Maintain candidate and client database.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors Degree is a preferred but not required.

· Prior HR and Recruiting experience (preferably with professional level Accounting & Financial talent).  We can train an entry level candidate that has an HR Degree and looking for a first start in a Recruiting role.

· Must be highly motivated and self-disciplined with strong interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated skills in developing customer relations.

· Ability to successfully communicate – both verbally and in writing.

· Strong work ethic.

· A driving persistency, desire to represent new clients, and a thrill of the hunt to find perfect person for the job.

· Ability to make good decisions under pressure and tight time constraints.

· Ability to accomplish multiple tasks.

· Organized and detail oriented.

· Ability to generate effective business correspondence and internet (e-mail) communications.

· Ability to provide excellent customer service.

· Ability to efficiently solve problems.

 

We offer a generous compensation plan that includes base salary, bonus, company sponsored incentive trip annually as well as full company sponsored benefits (medical, dental, 401K, 3 weeks vacation each year) and much more.
