Sr Solutions Engineer

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for:

Sr Solutions Engineer


Support new business growth by collaborating with prospective and existing customers to develop supply chain solutions.

Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop business cases, RFP responses, network analysis, customer presentations, and process design.

Develop pricing, profitability analysis, and initial P&L budgets for new business.

Work with sales team to build creative solutions to meet customer needs. Work with Client Management team to ensure program profitability and to develop incremental solutions.

Have a solid understanding of distribution facility design including layout, equipment, productivities, and processes. Understand cost drivers and process change impact.

Ability to take a leadership position in program implementations.

Understand, demonstrate, and apply expert knowledge in supply chain practices.

Act as a problem solver and a change agent in the organization.



Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- 40% Pricing and profitability analysis
- 30% Business Proposal and business case development
- 15% Supply chain analysis
- 15% Project management and process design


Qualifications
- College Degree, Industrial Engineering preferred with 5+ years experience
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal skills/team player
- Ability to articulate concepts both verbally and through written documentation
- Ability to think creatively and apply creative solutions
- Strong ability to integrate ideas and develop solutions
- Ability to work multiple complex projects at one time
- Strong computer skills
