Assisting client organizations in socializing the V&M statements and establishing culture and operations to support them Conducting executive scans and strategic assessments Designing, executing, evaluating and reporting out Voice of the Customer analyses. Developing and executing strategies to support organizational direction Incorporating alignment and organizational change management activities into all other activities Strategy MappingProcess Defining existing processes and documenting standard operating procedures including scope, controls, and stakeholders. Producing process maps Using Lean Management and Six Sigma skills Using iGrafx or similar tool for process mapping Applying decision-making processes and conflict-resolutionOrganization/People Developing appropriate communication vehicles (presentations, job aids, emails, newsletters, etc.) so that the new processes and procedures can be presented to the end user community through outreach activities. Interviewing clients to gather information. Performing high level skills assessments and competency modeling activities. Defining organization roles in order to align with operational and process improvements.
