Required Knowledge:

Preferred candidates will possess knowledge of customer-focused selling procedures.

Laser hair removal, esthetics, and skin care experience/knowledge would be a plus.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

·     Insure consistent delivery of an exceptional client experience

·     Provide effective consultations with clients

·     Utilize exceptional sales skills to convert clients to patients Handle phone calls from marketing and ad campaigns Handle product sales Organize and participate in networking/marketing events around the area Follow up with existing patients, leads and clients Schedule appointments for live consultations to evaluate clients needs Utilize state-of-the-art computerized skin analysis devices, exceptional sales skills, knowledge, and personality to educate and counsel clients in regard to the best BioDerm treatments for them  Collaborate and participate in marketing/advertising efforts and collaborate on different advertising strategies Participate in networking events

 

Note: All medical-related responsibilities are assumed by BioDerm medical personnel and/or Medical Director. Licensed medical staff performs all treatments.  This Sales Consultant role involves skin evaluations, consumer education, consultations, and closing sales on treatments and products earning commission, bonuses on top of salary, thus sales aptitude and experience is critical.

 

Qualifications:

  Ability to CLOSE a sale is a MUST Ability to excel at phone sales with professional friendly etiquette a MUST Possess integrity to be able to walk away from a sale if not best interest of the client Highly organized, self motivated, ambitious, driven to excel Team player and focused on the overall success of BioDerm Enjoy working to make and close a sale Confident that exceptional performance will translate into high income Willingness to self-educate and commit to continuous learning Understand commitment to learn info on medical treatments translate into sales Ability to sell Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, and Skin rejuvenation treatments and products Strong negotiation skills Post-sale satisfaction skills Exceptional listening skills Ability to anticipate, handle and overcome customer objections Ability to manage client expectations Ability to connect with clients, establish friendly relationships immediately and build and maintain trust with customers Ability to multi-task Strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional telephone skills Excellent customer service skills Wiling to work most weekdays with some weekends included.

 

Required Experience: Minimum: 3 years sales experience in a commission-based service or retail environment Desirable for applicant to have some college or equivalent education Marketing and/or Advertising experience a PLUS Proven track record of exceeding sales goals on a consistent basis Telemarketing Phone sales Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook (a plus)

 

 Compensation/Benefits:

  Base Salary + Commission: Base $18k + Commission with Income potential to $55k+ (includes commission/bonuses) BioDerm generated leads via marketing/ad campaign Beautiful Spa environment Employee discount on products and treatments 401k Health Insurance Program
