Technical Analysis/Development

 

As a Healthcare consulting firm with a 19-year track record of excellence in one of the fastest growing industries in the country, our success necessitates the need to add a full time technical development position. No prior consulting or healthcare experience is required.  The individual must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or information systems and 2 to 4 years of experience.  The primary responsibilities of this position are:

 

·  Development and maintenance of various data systems

·  Data analysis and modeling

·  Testing and documenting internal processes and procedures

·  Special projects

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Advanced knowledge of RDMS (preferably SQL Server 2005), T-SQL, table indexing, stored procedures, user defined functions, triggers and constraints

· Experience designing, implementing and testing relational database management systems.

· Experience programming and testing front end database applications with VB.Net and/or ASP.Net

· Proficient in MS Access and Excel.

· Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to:

o  Identify and systematically solve problems

o  Create and test complex queries across multiple data sources

o  Understand process and data interactions in a project environment

o  Quickly develop conclusions from vast but incomplete data

 

Preferred:

· IT audit background

· Project management experience

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems
