HHRLP61350 Benefits Manager Job Description The position is an integrated member of the global benefits function and works closely together with global experts, participates in global / regional initiatives and incorporates our global goals into the local goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Responsible for overall U.S. benefits program management for consulting and administrative staff, including: Benefits program evaluation, development, enhancement and implementation Provision of guidance, training and communications of / to the local HR networks Customer service / troubleshooting of benefit related issues Communications strategy and programs for the staffQualifications: BA / BS degree required; CEBS certification preferred; MBA or JD a plus Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in benefits or related areas, preferably in professional services business, with a minimum of 2 to 4 years management experience Proven experience in vendor management Excel, HRMS, Word, PowerPoint Detailed knowledge of U.S. benefit regulations, laws and plan management Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating a positive, personal and professional image Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgement that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law Proactive style; takes initiative to overcome obstacles Ability to work with line management Sound analytical skills and a willingness to look at data in different ways in multiple iterations – must be able to think analytically and reality check others’ workInterested candidates should submit their resumes in Word format to hrdivision@hollisterstaff.com .
