Prestigious global Consulting firm seeks a candidate with 7-10 years experience in benefits or related area to fill their Benefits Manager position.  In this role you will be responsible for managing the U.S. benefits programs including evaluation, development, enhancement and implementation.  Additionally you will oversee the administration of health, welfare and pension programs as well as assist with various compensation related projects such as salary benchmarking, policy development, regional communications and analysis.  Candidates must have knowledge of U.S. benefit regulations, laws and plan management, proficiency in Excel, HRMS, Word and PowerPoint and strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.  CEBS certification, MBA or JD will make you a standout!  Firm offers generous bonus opportunities and terrific benefits.  Submit your resume for immediate consideration.
