This division consists of practices in Secure Enterprise Solutions, Governance and Oversight, Security Operations and Validation and Verification.



 

Job Description:

The Watch Officer for the Security & Privacy Division will provide Liaison Watch Officer Support to a major government client in the northwest Washington D.C. The individual must have the ability and willingness to perform shift work, however normal shifts will be Monday – Friday. There are available shifts that will run from 0330 – 1130, 0800 – 1600, 1130 – 1930 and 1330 – 2130, with personnel rotating every 2 months.

 

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

· Minimum of 4 years of Watch Officer or Intelligence Officer experience

· Bachelor’s Degree or 3 additional years of related work experience

· ISSA TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph

· Must have knowledge of the sponsoring government entity and its organizational structure

· Knowledge of sponsoring government entity databases, analytic tools and use thereof

· Current working knowledge of and skill in the use of Lotus Notes, EMS Cable Database and full spectrum of Microsoft Office tools.

· Must have excellent interpersonal skills, tact, judgment, diplomacy and discretion.

· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to deal effectively with persons at all levels of an organization.

· Must have strong organizational skills, including a demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle tasks under pressure and against deadlines.

· Have the ability to quickly assess the significance of current developments.

· Must be an innovative self-starter who is adept at anticipating problems and developing creative solutions.

· Must be willing to be available on-call for extended duration during an emergency or crisis operations.
